Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused linens or decor in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of stains or odors.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to your parcel and ship it back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
